All services are not guaranteed to be prepared in person or delivered by Chef Brian Lecounte but may be prepared and delivered by a Chef Brian Cooks staff member.
There is a $7 up-charge for the Beef Tenderloins and Snapper filet; $8 up-charge for the Jerk lamb chops. Up-charges are included in the price as they are premium items.

All events requiring a chef in person will be charged $50.00 per hour per chef for a minimum of 4 hours( 1-hr for prep, 2- hrs for service, 1-hr for cleanup)

*Deposits are non refundable.
*All in person catering will accompany a 20% gratuity charged to the final bill.
